The Party Set is a creative collective of curious minds, forged across the industries of both party planning and theatre production, founded on one purpose and one purpose only: to delight your audience.
Be that at a wedding, in a production, at a concert or amidst a corporate awards, we design the story of your event and weave it through every detail. We live to surprise and delight.
A simple purpose, yes, but powerful. Founder Francisco Rodriguez-Weil discovered the impact of great design and storytelling when he took a job in theatre to pay his way through his architecture degree. Quickly, he noticed how good theatre could touch people deeply, creating everlasting memories and impressions. He was entranced.
After finishing his degree, he moved into studying set design; immersing himself in a visual world of operas, ballets, concerts and film that still to this day provides a bank of inspiration for the team.

Francisco
Founder / Creative Director
Architect by training with a post graduate degree in set and costume design, Francisco has over fifteen years of experience in theatre; designing opera, ballet, theatres, royal events and shows of all kinds. He also has an intimate knowledge of the events and party industry, applying his unique eye for detail to a wide range of social events. Francisco’s work has been published in four design books and was recently nominated for an international design award and a BAFTA. In 2018 Francisco was made a Fellow of the RSA.

The Religion School Scholarship Fund of West London Synagogue
Money should never be an obstacle for participation in community life, and no child should be excluded from any educational activity due to financial difficulties.
The Religion School Scholarship Fund enables children from less affluent households to access religious education. Thanks to generous donations, they were able to allow more children to join Religion School, take part in residentials or other special activities, and to have their BM tutoring sessions subsidised, which otherwise they wouldn’t be able to afford.

Pancho Stories
The mission statement of Pancho Stories is: To change the world a book at a time by opening young minds to the richness of diversity through storytelling of forgotten and underrepresented voices.
We support the publication of books that reflect often forgotten members of society. The funds go to the development and publication of picture books for children between the ages of 3 to 7. Depending on the size of the event and donation, your name can be added to the books and donated in your name. Pancho Stories is a not-for-profit undertaking by Francisco Rodriguez Weil.
